Our NetSuite ecommerce integration creates storefront orders in NetSuite as sales orders, then sends stock levels, pricing and fulfilment updates back out. Connect Shopify, Magento (Adobe Commerce), BigCommerce or WooCommerce, and run multiple stores or brands from a single NetSuite instance. For Shopify, our Shopify NetSuite integration comes with prebuilt flows ready to configure.
Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop all draw on the same stock as your own storefront. A NetSuite Amazon integration brings marketplace orders into NetSuite alongside your direct-to-consumer orders, and publishes available stock back to each marketplace from one source of truth. A sale on one channel doesn’t become an oversell on another.
Connect NetSuite to your WMS or 3PL, including Descartes Peoplevox, GXO, ShipBob and ShipStation. Fulfilment instructions go out as orders land, and despatch confirmations and tracking numbers come straight back. Because the 3PL connection is separate from NetSuite, you can change provider without rebuilding your ERP integration. Castore completed a full 3PL migration in eight weeks.
EDI
Wholesale and B2B orders can flow into NetSuite alongside DTC. Patchworks handles NetSuite EDI integration with your trading partners, and keeps B2B companies, contacts, addresses and payment terms in step between NetSuite and Shopify B2B.
Connect NetSuite to Salesforce or HubSpot so sales, service and finance teams work from the same customer and order history. Customer records, orders and account data sync between CRM and ERP, removing duplicate data entry and the reconciliation that comes with it.
If a system has an API or an MCP server, Patchworks can connect it to NetSuite. Describe the integration in a prompt, or upload an API specification or JSON file, and AI Studio’s Implementation Agent builds the connector, process flows and field mappings for you, typically giving you a working model in minutes.

Details

|---|---|
| Orders |
Paid and pending orders are created or updated in NetSuite as sales orders. When NetSuite records the payment, the order is marked as paid in the storefront.
|
| Inventory and stock |
When stock quantities change in NetSuite, the new levels are pushed to each channel. Locations sync in both directions, so every channel sells from the same numbers.
|
| Fulfilment and tracking |
Shipped item fulfilments go from NetSuite to the storefront with tracking numbers. When a 3PL or the storefront fulfils an order, the item fulfilment is created in NetSuite, including partial fulfilments.
|
| Returns and refunds |
Refunds are matched to the original order line by line, then created in NetSuite as a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) followed by a credit memo. Finance and customer service see the same record.
|
| Products, catalogues and pricing |
Products are created and updated, catalogues and pricing are published from NetSuite, and price lists stay aligned across systems.
|
| B2B customers |
Companies, contacts, addresses and payment terms stay in step between NetSuite and your B2B storefront, so wholesale customers see the right terms every time they order.

Most NetSuite integrations work on launch day. The test comes when order volumes spike, a 3PL changes, or a flow fails at 2am during Black Friday.
Fashion & Apparel
Premium sportswear brand Castore connected its Shopify Plus ecommerce platform to NetSuite with Patchworks.
The results:
‣ A single warehouse and ERP integrated with 40+ stores
‣ A full 3PL migration in just 8 weeks
‣ A new team or brand website integrated in just 4 hours
Fashion & Apparel
Jacuzzi Group, a global leader in hot tubs and swim spas, chose Patchworks to integrate NetSuite, Shopify and Slack. Before that, processes were manual, inventory didn’t sync reliably, and returns and refunds were slow.
The results:
‣ Fewer manual processes
‣ Real-time data synchronisation
‣ Improved efficiency and a better customer experience
NetSuite integration connects Oracle NetSuite, a cloud ERP, to the other systems a business runs on, so data moves between them automatically. For retailers, that usually means syncing orders, inventory, fulfilments, products and customer data between NetSuite and ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, warehouses and CRMs. It’s one part of wider ERP integration.
Patchworks uses NetSuite native APIs to power their NetSuite integration, enabling businesses to connect NetSuite with over 100 pre-built connectors available on the Patchworks platform.
The Patchworks NetSuite connector is built on NetSuite’s SuiteTalk REST web services and supports OAuth 2.0 client credentials, the machine-to-machine flow NetSuite now requires for new integrations. A marketplace script (“Netsuite Prereq Oauth2 CC”) handles JWT signing, so you don’t have to hand-roll it.
Existing token-based authentication (TBA) connections keep working. When you move them to OAuth 2.0, virtual environments let you point live flows at the new authentication setup and redeploy, with no rebuild. Add custom logic with Payload Scripting, and build anything the connector doesn’t cover with Connector Builder or AI Studio.
Yes, it’s being phased out. NetSuite’s 2026.1 release notes confirm that new integrations can’t use token-based authentication (TBA) from release 2027.1, and full deprecation is expected at release 2028.1. New integrations should use OAuth 2.0 client credentials. Patchworks supports both, so existing TBA connections keep running while you migrate. Read our NetSuite OAuth 2.0 setup guide.
The most maintainable route is through an integration platform rather than custom code. With Patchworks, Magento orders are created in NetSuite as sales orders, and stock levels, pricing and fulfilment updates flow back to Magento. Flows are configured on a visual canvas and tested in staging before go-live, and multiple Magento stores can connect to one NetSuite instance.
Yes. Patchworks’ Shopify NetSuite integration includes prebuilt process flows for sales orders, inventory, fulfilments and tracking, refunds, catalogues and pricing, and B2B companies and contacts. You configure and test them in staging, then go live.
Yes. Patchworks connects NetSuite to Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces. Marketplace orders are created in NetSuite alongside your direct-to-consumer orders, and available stock is published back to each marketplace from NetSuite, so every channel sells from the same inventory.
Connect them through an iPaaS so orders, fulfilment instructions and tracking move automatically. Patchworks sends orders to the WMS or 3PL, then brings despatch confirmations and tracking numbers back into NetSuite. Because the 3PL side is a separate connection, you can change provider without rebuilding NetSuite. Castore completed a full 3PL migration in eight weeks.
Yes. Patchworks connects NetSuite to both Salesforce and HubSpot, syncing customer records, orders and account data so sales, service and finance teams see the same history. It removes duplicate data entry between CRM and ERP, and the reconciliation work that goes with it.
The NetSuite Integration Platform (NSIP) is Oracle’s low-code, AI-assisted tool for connecting NetSuite to other applications. It launched in February 2026 and is available in the UK and Ireland. It’s well suited to NetSuite-centric back-office workflows. Retail brands typically add an iPaaS such as Patchworks when they need to orchestrate orders, stock and fulfilment across several storefronts, marketplaces and 3PLs, including flows that never touch NetSuite, and to monitor everything through peak trading from one place. Compare iPaaS platforms.
DO use NetSuite’s native tooling for NetSuite-centric back-office flows.
DON’T rely on native tooling alone to orchestrate multi-channel retail across storefronts, marketplaces and 3PLs at peak.
It depends on how many systems you connect and how much data moves between them. Patchworks pricing is based on the number of connectors and monthly operations. An operation is counted each time Patchworks sends or receives a data payload. Every plan includes unlimited users. See pricing.
Most teams connect their first systems and deploy initial flows within days. More complex estates typically go live in weeks rather than months. You can implement in-house with support from Patchworks’ senior engineers, or work with one of our approved agency partners.
Yes, as long as it has an API or an MCP server. In AI Studio, describe the integration in a prompt or upload an API specification or JSON file, and the Implementation Agent builds the connector, process flows and field mappings, typically giving you a working model in minutes. You can also build connectors without code in Connector Builder.
