GDPR Compliance Statement
Patchworks supports the GDPR and has put appropriate policies, procedures, and safeguards in place to ensure our iPaaS complies with applicable GDPR regulations in our capacity as a Data Processor. Personal data transmitted through the platform is handled via secure communication methods and encrypted where appropriate. Data is retained for up to 6 months from the end of the client relationship and can be deleted sooner on request.
Patchworks is also a Data Controller for its own business operations, retaining contact data for clients, partners, and prospects in accordance with GDPR lawful bases.
